SELF-IMPROVEMENT Arul Jeba Packiaraj Y.

                                                                             SELF- IMPROMENT

"From all this I am beginning to have a rather better understanding of what I am.  But it still appears -- and I cannot stop thinking this -- that the corporeal things of which images are formed in my thought, and which the senses investigate, are known with much more distinctness than this puzzling 'I' which cannot be pictured in the imagination.  And yet it is surely surprising that I should have a more distinct grasp of things which I realize are doubtful, unknown and foreign to me, than I have of that which is true and known -- of my own self." by Rene Descartes.

If we plan well to budget our time shrewdly we can make time for self-improvement activities, choose pastimes that add profit to pleasure. In using leisure hours, it is always better to actively participate in some sport or recreational pastime, rather than be a passive spectator. You can profit more by playing table –tennis for half an hour than by watching a cricket or tennis match for two hours. Playing a musical instrument for fifteen minutes yields more pleasure through self-expression than seeing a two –hour film-show. Better take a ten-minute brisk walk on the sand than sit on the beach munching peanuts. Building your body by joining a gymnasium you can bolster your ego faster than joining a gymkhana.

So the actions or tendencies that harms or destroys oneself. The most familiar forms include those behavior manifestations that result in death or injury and that are usually consciously inflicted upon the self-destructive behavior differs from direct in relation to two important criteria time and awareness. The effect is not immediate but long-rage and the behaviors may cover many years. The person involved in indirect self-improvement of the behavior may be unaware, only partially aware of not concern about the effect of the behaviors. It has much valuable advice on how to live your life, from a perspective of someone who is about to lose theirs. And it really makes an impression on you considering his situation. Remember brick walls let us show our dedication. They are there to separate us from the people who don't really want to achieve their childhood dreams. Don't bail. The best of the gold's at the bottom of barrels of crap.
